【Announce of Participation-SDG Team HARC-PRO. Honda】
SDG and HARC PRO.(HARC) announced their participation of Suzuka 8 Hours Road Race 2024.
SDG Corporation (Daito City, Osaka Prefecture, CEO: Kensaku Kashiwagi) has established a team structure to participate in the 2024 FIM World Endurance Championship “Coca-Cola” Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance Road Race (as known as “Suzuka 8 Hours”). We would like to announce the following.
This will be our third year participating in Suzuka 8 Hours with Hulk Pro Co., Ltd. (Musashimurayama City, Tokyo, representative: Kotaro Honda), which started in 2022. In 2023, we got the second place on the podium, and this year we will aim for victory.
The team general manager is Shigeki Honda. There are three riders for Suzuka 8 Hours.
Yuki Kunii, who competes in the All Japan Road Race Championship and the FIM Asia Road Race Championship in 2024, and is competing for the top in both categories.
Naomichi Uramoto is participating in the Spanish Superbike Championship and has been selected for the third consecutive year as a rider of Suzuka 8 Hours.
And Mario Aji, an Indonesian rider who has shown remarkable growth since participating in the Moto2 class of the World Road Racing Championship.
#73 will be the number of the motorbike, and will compete on a Suzuka 8 Hours-spec Honda CBR1000RR-R.

First of all, I am very happy to be able to participate in the Suzuka 8 Hours again this year. I had to miss last year's Suzuka 8 Hours race due to an injury, which was very frustrating for me. This year, I would like to do my best then I can repay the team with results.

I am very happy to be able to continue the challenge of Suzuka 8 Hours again this year. We are truly grateful to everyone involved with the SDG Group, HARC-PRO, and SDG Team HARC-PRO. I am very happy to be able to ride in the Suzuka 8 Hours from SDG Team HARC-PRO. Honda, I am very grateful to SDG group, team, Honda and sponsors for giving me this opportunity.
This race will be my first challenge and I will learn a lot from my teammates and do my best with the team.
